With in-house slear capabilities, AES has the advantage of acquiring mill direct pricing.  In turn, our lower steel costs are passed on to the end users.  The addition of 18 gauge coil processing lines in three of our four facilities has allowed us to reduce our scrap factors as well as streamline the manufacturing process.  AES currently processes 11 million pounds of coil steel annually.

In our quest to become the leading single source supplier of steel products for construction projects, AES is aggressively increasing our nationwide production capabilities in miscellaneous steel. We offer services and products from plan takeoff to custom fabrication to delivery. We use the industry standard CAD software to prepare our drawings for shop and field use, and are fully capable of sending and receiving large files via our e-mail server. We are planning to expand this division of AES to our plants nationwide.
